Entry is via glazed doors into the lounge/dining area where you will find leather sofas, flat screen t.v with free view and built in dvd player, dining table with upholstered chairs.

A large bay window lets in lots of light with double glazing to keeps things warm and cosy in the spring and autumn months.

The kitchen area has a full sized gas cooker, stainless steel sink and drainer, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, plenty of storage and all the utensils you would expect to find at home.

The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and cupboard space, dressing table with mirror, double bed with a quality mattress and fixed reading lights above the bed. There is also an en-suite toilet with hand wash basin.

The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and small dressing table with mirror. There is additional storage in large drawers beneath the beds.

The bathroom has a bath and also a large separate shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.

Gas central heating with radiators throughout.
